Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator II supervising social work and case management staff; providing clinical supervision; participating in intake/admissions decisions; ensuring regulatory/commercial documentation quality; coordinating with Building Manager on staff training and resident services; leading team meetings; conducting staff orientation and training; assisting with resident medical and mental health services, entitlements, social connections, and crisis intervention; visiting residents in hospitals or care facilities; developing mentorship and professional development activities for staff; assisting in recruitment and interviewing of prospective staff.
Required Qualifications
- MSW required
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5+ years working with older adults or people with homelessness, chronic mental health issues or substance abuse
- LCSW preferred
