Job Summary
Oversee behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic by participating in hiring, training, and mentoring while directly supervising a team dedicated to providing quality care. Manage daily operations within a multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, and trauma-informed care standards. Maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions while supporting diverse populations. Requires a Master's degree with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health licensure, experience supervising staff, and a fingerprint clearance card. Required Qualifications
- Masters degree
- Licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire
- Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices

- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment
- good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- at least 21 years of age or older
