Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator I provides clinical support to the Juvenile Court Services Unit, performing assessments, case management, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and coordinating referrals to community resources. The role supports timely access to care, helps develop individualized service plans, and serves as a resource to court staff by advising on behavioral health services and treatment options. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to client-centered care for at-risk youth and families, pursuing LPC or LCSW licensure. The position is full-time, onsite in Hampton, VA, with a schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- one (1) year of experience working with emotionally troubled children and affected families in a clinical setting
- Must provide proof of registration for supervision toward licensure with the Virginia Department of Health Professionals (LPC or LCSW) within 90 days of employment
