Job Summary
Clinical Placements Coordinator responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical placement activities for medical students in the Doctor of Medicine program, liaising with Phase 2/3 Leads, Clinical Sub-Dean, and external clinical partners, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences across hospital and community settings. Must be highly organized with strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills to support placement delivery at the Sunshine Coast site (Sunshine Coast Health Institute and Sunshine Coast University Hospital). Hybrid work options available; role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent) with relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills/experience
- Experience in higher education, health, or clinical placement coordination
- Unrestricted working rights; VISA sponsorship not available for this position
