Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate IVF and FET patient care from education and consent through documentation; educate patients on procedures and treatment plans, schedule and track procedures, review results with patients, and liaise between patients and physicians. Assist with PACU/OR procedures, administer injections, collect specimens, and maintain clean, stocked treatment areas. Collaborate with physicians, embryology, and billing staff to implement cycle plans; provide compassionate patient support via phone, portal, and email and participate in staff training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active ACLS/BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays, sit/stand for extended periods, and travel to other locations as needed
