Clinical Coordinator

Coordinate IVF/FET patient care and education: educate patients on IVF/FET procedures, testing, medications, and treatment plans; coordinate required lab testing and obtain/ review consent forms; schedule and track IVF/FET procedures and maintain patient monitoring flowsheets and documentation. Collaborate with physicians, embryology, billing, and clinical staff to implement treatment cycle plans; assist with PACU/OR procedures, injections, and collection of blood/urine/tissue samples. Serve as a patient-physician liaison via phone, portal, and email, providing compassionate support and promptly responding to emergencies. Maintain cleanliness and sterility, stock rooms, prepare treatment areas, and participate in staff training. Travel to other locations as needed. Requires High School Diploma, active ACLS/BLS/CPR certification, EMR and MS Office proficiency, and ability to work rotating weekends/holidays; willingness to travel; clinical coordination experience (fertility preferred).
