Required Qualifications

• •2 year associates degree from accredited college or technical school
• •minimum one-year related experience
• •valid driver's license
• •current car insurance
• •basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• •Internet Explorer
• •ability to navigate to Medicaid website for billing
• •ability to operate email
• •ability to file and maintain records
• •ability to operate common office equipment: computers, telephones, faxes, copiers
• •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• •ability to write simple correspondence
• •ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• •Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• •The ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• •ability to perform these operations using units of American money
• •Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished, written or oral instructions
