Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator to lead inpatient dialysis care for ESRD/CKD patients in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include coordinating care, tracking labs, vital signs, weight, and clinical outcomes; supervising and mentoring a team of Patient Care Technicians; delivering high-quality dialysis in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards; and rotating across facilities with a flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Requires current RN license in state of practice, minimum 3 years dialysis experience, CPR, and at least 18 months RN experience (6+ months dialysis). Strong leadership and training capability, with potential ICU/CCU/ER/Med-Surg background and ADN (BSN preferred). Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Min 3yrs Dialysis Experience
- CPR certification required
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months of dialysis experience
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Must pass pre-employment color vision test
