Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator will lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment plans and guiding clinical staff. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans, monitoring outcomes, supervising clinical staff, ensuring safe and compassionate dialysis delivery, and building relationships with patients and families. Candidates must hold a current RN license, CPR certification, and have 18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis. An ADN is required, with a preference for BSN. Basic computer skills and a flexible schedule are necessary.
