Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator for outpatient dialysis at DaVita Lead and supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient care plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery. Requires an active RN license, CPR, and 18+ months RN experience with dialysis exposure. ADN is required with BSN preferred; CNN/CDN certification a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO and paid training. Located in Tinley Park, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience including 6+ months dialysis
