Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans, supervising clinical staff (including PCTs), ensuring safe, compassionate dialysis delivery, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and dialysis experience; ADN is required with BSN preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications

- 18+ months RN experience including 6+ months dialysis
