Job Summary
Lead outpatient dialysis care at DaVita in Racine, WI. Oversee treatment delivery, supervise clinical staff (including PCTs), coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes, ensure safe and compassionate dialysis delivery, and build long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requires current RN license and CPR certification, 18+ months RN experience with at least 6+ months dialysis; ADN is required with BSN preferred; CN(C)/CDN certification a plus; basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook); flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
