Job Summary
Lead outpatient dialysis care as Clinical Coordinator, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes; supervise PCTs and other clinical staff; build long-term relationships with patients and families; ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key requirements include holding an RN license with CPR certification, 18+ months of RN experience (including dialysis exposure), ADN required with BSN preferred, and basic computer skills. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
