Job Summary
Lead outpatient dialysis care as Clinical Coordinator, coordinating patient care plans, supervising clinical staff including PCTs, ensuring safe and compassionate dialysis delivery, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Requires an active RN license with CPR certification and at least 18 months RN experience (including 6+ months dialysis); ADN is required with BSN preferred. Must be flexible to work weekends/holidays and possess basic computer skills. The role emphasizes safety, quality of care, team leadership, and adherence to standards in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience including 6+ months dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
