Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, coordinates patient care plans, monitors outcomes, ensures safe and compassionate dialysis delivery, and builds long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requires current RN license and CPR certification with 18+ months RN experience (6+ months dialysis); ADN required with BSN preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience including 6+ months dialysis
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
