Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator for a Crisis Receiving Center overseeing a multidisciplinary team in 23-hour observation, crisis stabilization, and detox units. Leads and collaborates with internal staff and external entities to ensure compliant service delivery; supports program management and financial performance. Requires a master’s degree in counseling-related field, LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSATP/CPCNS licensure, and post-licensure clinical and supervisory experience. Must be able to travel to multiple Horizon sites, maintain a consistent schedule, and participate in trainings."
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a program that prepares individuals to practice counseling (60-hr Master's Program) accredited by a regional accrediting agency
- Two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct crisis services
- One year of supervisory experience or relevant leadership experience in a mental health setting
- Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP, CPCNS
