Job Summary

Oversee clinical and nonclinical staff through regular supervision, performance evaluations, and training to ensure best-practice care. Manage daily program operations, including budgeting, billing, and payroll submissions, while maintaining full coverage and audit readiness. Provide direct client services as needed, facilitate prompt referrals, and represent the organization in interagency meetings. Monitor performance improvement data and respond to client concerns to keep the program compliant with licensing and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
  • 3+ years of post-degree experience in behavioral health
  • 1+ year of increasing supervisory responsibility
  • Pennsylvania Act 33 Clearance
  • Pennsylvania Act 34 Clearance
  • Verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusion status
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance
  • Criminal history clearance
  • Fingerprint-based federal criminal history clearance
  • Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list

Desired Qualifications

  • Licensure and/or certification
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and standard clinical software systems
