Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator to support patient care coordination, chart preparation, scheduling, care-management logging, and provider/patient support in Greenville. Requires CMA or licensed nurse with active state license, CPR, and high school diploma. Handles patient records, documentation access, appointment scheduling, and multi-channel communication (email, portal, phone/text/in person). Travel between offices may be required; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and basic computer knowledge essential.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or licensed nurse (LPN or RN) in good standing with the appropriate board
- Must be licensed in the state of employment
- Current CPR certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year healthcare experience preferred
