Job Summary
As a Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse for Dialysis, you'll provide guidance and support to patient care staff and oversee the delivery of quality outcomes. This role entails training and empowering dialysis patients, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and acting as a Patient Educator and Case Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and licensed to practice nursing in the applicable State.
- Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience.
- 6 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Medical/surgical nursing preferred.
