Job Summary
Supervise and support a team of Case Managers and Consumer Advocates through regular individual and group supervision. Guide staff in implementing effective case management strategies using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care principles while overseeing development and quality of individualized service plans. Participate in client intake and assessment processes and provide clinical leadership, consultation, and crisis support as needed. Ensure program compliance, documentation standards, and incident management procedures are met.
