Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all clinical rotations, placements, and credentialing aspects for the School of Nursing. Analyze current operational processes to recommend improvements and build relationships with schools, external partners, and vendors. Facilitate clinical practice experiences for students across multiple sites by coordinating site visits, reviewing progress, and managing tracking software. Support the Director of Operations with curriculum development, accreditation reviews, and the onboarding of clinical adjuncts and preceptors. Assist in long-range planning, program reviews, and the development of systems to monitor student deficiencies and remediation. Represent the department in community relations, committee service, and student admissions activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Eligible to work in the United States on or before the confirmed start date
- Knowledge of the educational objectives and experiences of student nurses
- Knowledge of the clinical practice of nursing
- Knowledge of the diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice
- Knowledge of the types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid Georgia driver's license
- Good driving record
- Must undergo a criminal background check
- Must maintain a favorable criminal history
- Must undergo pre-employment/post-offer drug screens
- Must undergo random drug screens if they travel regularly or operate a university vehicle
- Must undergo reasonable suspicion drug screening
- Must submit proof of any professional degree, license, or certification required to competently perform the work
