Clinical Coordinator - Behavioral Health

Job Summary
Lead and supervise clinical and administrative functions for a behavioral health team, including mentorship for case managers and rehabilitation specialists; ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met; develop and implement assessments and individual service plans for members; require strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, plus time management; preferred screening and documentation abilities (typing 25–40 wpm) and knowledge of co-occurring substance abuse, housing needs assessments, and community-based behavioral health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Minimum two (2) years experience working with seriously mentally ill adults
- Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
- Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
