Coordinate and manage clinical operations within the perianesthesia unit, leading a team of nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery, strict adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of safety and satisfaction. Oversee daily workflows and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of excellence. Requires a BSN and IL RN license with at least two years of supervisory experience. Full-time role with a 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule.
