Clinical Coordinator/ADON - Long Term Care

Job Summary

Implement and manage the clinical staff and program to ensure high-quality resident care consistent with regulations and best practices. Partner with Resident Services to blend housing, healthcare, and hospitality while participating in site leadership planning for operational goals. Lead oversight of all RNs, LPNs, Medication Assistants, and Resident Assistants in the household. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with on-call rotation; minimum 30 hours per week. Registered Nurse with 2–3 years in Long Term Care, gerontological nursing experience, and current CPR certification required.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with current licensure the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices
  • Two to Three (2-3) years experience Long Term Care
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers

Desired Qualifications

  • management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies
