Job Summary

Coordinate student field experiences by researching and managing relationships with agency sites, overseeing clinical affiliation agreements, and leading contract renewals. Serve as the primary contact for faculty, students, and partners regarding field experiences, ensuring site satisfaction and successful learning opportunities. Maintain innovative partnerships with site points of contact, monitor inventory, and extract data from systems of record for accurate national reporting. Complete site evaluations, manage compliance requirements, and support the student journey through consistent communication with all key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years years of successful demonstration of business development and/or relationship management experience
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Self-starter and able to complete tasks efficiently and independently

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred knowledge of or experience working in healthcare field
