Job Summary
Clinical Contracts Manager role focused on managing clinical study contracts and budgets, liaising with project teams, legal and sponsors to ensure contract management throughout the study lifecycle. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts and budgets with study sites and physicians, overseeing third-party vendors, maintaining contract templates and budgets by country, leading improvements to contract-tracking tools, providing training to project staff, and handling investigator payments and vendor contracts. Approximately 10% travel required. Remote opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree preferred
- Two to three years’ experience directly initiating, negotiating and executing legal and financial agreements
- Three to five years’ experience in a clinical trials environment, biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and MS Office
