Job Summary
Clinical Contract Administrator at Roche to manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts and payments across Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Procurement, Legal, and Finance. Responsibilities include creating and tracking purchase orders and invoices, managing accruals, maintaining contract information in tracking tools, end-to-end contract signature through to termination and reconciliation, preparing reports on transfers of value to healthcare providers under Sunshine Act, building strategic cross-functional partnerships, and assisting with site budget negotiations while upholding compliance and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent relevant expertise in the healthcare industry).
- Sector Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience, with specific expertise in purchase order (PO) creation and invoice management.
- Experience with negotiating budgets with clinical sites is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience tracking financial data such as accruals and payments within complex business environments.
- Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work independently while effectively partnering across functions like Legal, Procurement, and Clinical Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
