Job Summary

Clinical Content Specialist leads change-management and adoption efforts for the implementation and maintenance of provincial clinical care systems and supporting technology within the Infant Hearing Program. Acts as the liaison between clinical and technical teams, coordinates alignment of clinical/technical programs, and drives engagement across internal and external partners to ensure timely adoption, high-quality data, and informed decision-making. Develops and implements communication frameworks and comprehensive education plans, guides knowledge translation, and supports training and mentorship for pediatric audiology colleagues to promote clinical excellence and consistency across the program. Evaluates impacts on workflows and processes, manages risks, delivers demonstrations to program partners, and escalates issues to meet project milestones. Maintains stakeholder engagement and contributes to policy/procedure development and ongoing program enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Criminal Record Check (Essential)
  • Registration / Eligible for Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as an audiologist with a pediatric population (Essential)
  • Extensive experience with Infant Hearing Program protocols (Preferred)
  • Bilingualism (English/French) (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Essential)
  • Demonstrates exceptional analytical and facilitation skills (Essential)
  • Deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders (Essential)
  • Experience and knowledge of health systems, and healthcare delivery in Ontario (Essential)
  • Capacity to communicate orally & verbally to a wide range of audiences (Essential)
  • Establish positive work environment and high performing team standards (Essential)
  • Good organizational skills/ project management and use of different tools (Essential)
