Job Summary
Clinical Consultant on the PATH team collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer and VP of Clinical Consulting to develop and execute strategies that help mid-market clients control health care costs, improve health outcomes, and promote employee engagement through analytic-based innovations. Responsibilities include performing project-defined healthcare data analysis, strategic analysis, and clinical consulting from a clinical/population health perspective, and supporting the development and growth of PATH capabilities. Key skills include expertise in healthcare data analytics, population health management, and knowledge of group health benefits design, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate recommendations across organizational levels. Travel approximately 20% is required. Desired qualifications include RN with BSN, plus experience in healthcare consulting, population health, occupational health & safety, healthcare quality/operations management; MBA/MPH/MHA is a plus.
