Job Summary
Facilitate on-site training for the HCUS Modality product portfolio, utilizing validated applications and protocols to optimize image quality and ensure proper operation for technologists and radiologists. Coordinate training events by making appropriate contacts within HCUS and at customer sites, while assisting in the development of customer training and support materials. Provide telephone support for customers, sales, and field service, and maintain effective communications with internal departments including Service, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Respond promptly to customer concerns and equipment issues, providing feedback to management to address application-related and image quality concerns on both product and system levels. Identify opportunities to increase market share by addressing customer needs and participate in strategic planning teams. Occasional travel up to 85% may be required based on business need.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Master's degree in related field
- Registered Radiology Technologist, ARRT (ARRT (R), (MAM), (QM), (CT), (MR))
- Experience in digital radiology with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
- The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time
- The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time
- The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time
- Occasional (up to 85%) travel
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Willingness to test for the COVID-19 virus periodically
- Willingness to wear a face covering indoors as required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's degree preferred Master's degree in related field
