Job Summary
Clinical Consultant II providing clinical, technical and product knowledge support for NeuroSurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery; builds and maintains customer relationships, trains physicians and hospital personnel on the technology-enabled procedures, and supports installation and service activities. Role involves field-based work within the territory, travel to multiple accounts, and requires a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include on-site installations coordination, system maintenance and upgrades, remote/telephone clinical support, education and training of staff, and collaboration with sales teams to identify opportunities. Travel outside the territory is possible; UNIX/LINUX command usage is applicable to modifying operating files, and knowledge of image-guided systems and MRI experience is preferred. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is offered at Principal level and above; base salary ranges provided with potential incentive plan; comprehensive benefits described.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
