Job Summary
Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) role performing clinical tasks within MA-C scope, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes. The role emphasizes patient customer service, a safe and supportive environment, and a team-based care model. Float/Per Diem schedule with regional coverage (Inland Northwest) and opportunities for X-Ray certification-based premium and incentive programs; requires WA MA-C and/or MA-R alignment within specified timeframes and BLS, with preferred CMA certification in Idaho as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license within 45 days of hire
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) certificate or MA-R license endorsed within first 30 days
- Current BLS Certification or in-house training program
- Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred
- WA state MA-C license or WA MA-R license accepted with endorsement within first 30 days
- Idaho CMA certification (AAMA, NHA, or NCCT)
- BLS certification
- Externship or residency program exemption with active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire
