Job Summary
Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant position in Indigo Urgent Care’s Inland Northwest region. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, performing clinical tasks within the MA-C scope, coordinating patient care and clinic management support, and advocating for ethical, holistic care while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment across Spokane and surrounding areas. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule (8am–8pm shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts), location-specific earnings incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications include WA MA-C (or interim acceptable for up to one year), WA MA-C license within 45 days, WA MA-R endorsement within 30 days, current BLS, and preferred minimum one year of experience in a medical setting; Idaho CMA certification or equivalent WA MA-C/MA-R endorsement may be required depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State MA-C certification
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license within 45 days
- WA MA-R license with endorsement within 30 days
- Current BLS Certification or in-house training option
- Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred
- Idaho CMA certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT) or WA MA-C/MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days
