Job Summary
Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant role performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes. Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promote autonomy and dignity of patients from diverse backgrounds, and create a safe, supportive environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license within 45 days of hire
- Washington State MA-C license or MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days of employment
- Washington State MA-C certification or interim certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C issued
- Current BLS Certification or in-house BLS training program
- Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred
- CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT (Idaho requirements also referenced)
- X-Ray Certification (for employees trained and certified in X-Ray) and related X-Ray premium eligibility
- Ability to meet state-specific licensure requirements for WA and ID as applicable
