Clinical Compliance Manager

Job Summary
The Clinical Compliance Manager will lead the organization's compliance program across AFC, GAFC, and ADH programs, supervise day-to-day compliance operations, audits, and readiness activities; oversee policies, procedures, and internal controls; monitor federal/state regulatory and accreditation updates; manage dashboards and reporting; serve as liaison for audits and surveys; develop CAPA and drive corrective action; provide training and leadership to field staff and operations; requires RN with BSN (Massachusetts) and 5–7+ years in healthcare compliance, with strong HIPAA/CMS knowledge and willingness to travel to client homes and community settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, accreditation surveys, clinical auditing, or quality assurance
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, OIG guidance, and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and compliance programs
- Strong analytical, leadership, and risk management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with EMR systems, compliance tracking tools, or risk management platforms
- Willingness to travel between office and field locations as needed
