Job Summary
Schedule visits for field nurses with clients, update patient information, and organize admission charts and closed cases for review. Prepare patient charts for visits, ensure aide compliance before starting cases, and monitor home supervision timeliness. Liaise between nurses and the coordination department regarding visit interruptions and CHHA compliance, while assessing the authorizations department for insurance coverage audits. Prepare weekly reports and maintain seamless communication between office staff and clinical teams. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years healthcare experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
