Job Summary
Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal. Accurately document exam findings and complete required VA forms while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Perform approximately four assessments per day during a part-time schedule of two days per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no on-call shifts. This structured role focuses solely on focused medical assessments without treatment responsibilities, supported by training and ongoing assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans
- Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal
- Accurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms
- Strong analytical skills to review medical records and assessment data
- Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based portals
- A compassionate Psychologist dedicated to supporting the Veteran community
- D and has graduated from an APA Accredited program/school
- Holds an active & unrestricted Psychology license
