Job Summary
Clinical Care Navigator role supporting Lyra Global Connect Team from a South Africa remote site. Responsibilities include providing in-the-moment counselling, referrals, psychoeducation, risk management, administrative support, data capture in systems, and collaboration with care partners across countries and time zones. Requires clinical qualification (psychologist, counsellor, or social worker) with HPCSA/Social Workers Council registration, fluent English, strong client-service orientation, and proficient computer/virtual communication skills. Must be able to work from home with reliable wifi, participate in shift work (morning, afternoon, evening), and be flexible for meetings outside standard local hours. Remote, full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical Qualification as psychologist or counsellor or social worker and registration with HPCSA or Social Workers Council
- Fluent in English
- Competent Counsellor
- Client service orientation; articulate; professional demeanor
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate online platforms
- Excellent admin skills and ability to use online tools
- Ability to merge Clinical and Operational requirements
- Good telephonic/virtual/chat therapy skills
- Good Clinical understanding for psychosocial workplace guidance
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team and adapt to workload changes
- Ability to work well under pressure
