Job Summary
Clinical Care Navigator (EAP Onsite) provides dedicated clinical support and EAP functions to a hospital system, supporting doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals at onsite Georgia locations. Responsibilities include in-the-moment member support, crisis intervention, psycho-education, triage, referrals, scheduling provider appointments, documenting care activities, directing members to Spring Health resources (digital CBT, employer benefits, external community resources), facilitating response to worksite incidents, and delivering wellness training. Requires Georgia behavioral health licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) with at least 3 years of experience; onsite work at four GA sites with some local travel; strong communication, healthcare familiarity, tech proficiency, and ability to multi-task. Bonus: EAP experience and bilingual skills. Target base salary range is $38.46-$48.71 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Georgia unrestricted behavioral health licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years of experience.
