Job Summary
Clinical Management Specialist, Health Services accountable for guiding employees and family members through the healthcare journey with compassionate, high-touch support and strong clinical judgment. Responsibilities include assessing needs across the healthcare journey, facilitating access to high-demand and high-quality care for individuals with specialized medical or behavioral health needs, educating employees on benefits and services, representing Health Services in senior-level meetings, translating complex medical information into clear guidance, coordinating with executive-level healthcare leaders, maintaining relationships with global vendor partners, and supporting the Manager of Global Special Services with priorities and follow-through. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field (or graduate clinical degree), 5+ years of clinical experience, active clinical license in good standing (NC or NY), strong communication, independent problem-solving, excellent customer service, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field or graduate degree in a related clinical field (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD/DO)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in a licensed patient-care role
- Current, active, and unrestricted clinical license in good standing (RN, PA, NP, MD/DO) or ability to obtain in NC or NY
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Independent contributor, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with flawless follow-through
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Proficiency with EMR and standard computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
