Clinical Care Manager

Assess and coordinate all resident clinical care scope, quality assurance, and regulatory oversight. Manage nurses and medication aides by training, delegating, and coordinating care among the team. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical provider communication. In coordination with leadership and nursing staff, perform pre-assessments to ensure smooth move-in processes for new residents. Coordinate development of life enrichment plans based on resident strengths, interests, and physician recommendations. Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training. This role requires an RN with 4-6 years of geriatric experience and 3+ years supervising staff. Competitive salary, 30+ hours weekly, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and education assistance.
