Job Summary
Clinical Care Manager – Neurodevelopmental Services responsible for utilization management by conducting utilization review activities, population management, cross-system consultation, provider management and treatment quality monitoring. Applies clinical knowledge of best practices and evidence-based treatments, including Applied Behavior Analysis, for individuals with Autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental disorders to ensure CBH members receive timely access to quality, medically necessary behavioral health services. When clinically indicated, consults with CBH Physician and Psychologist Advisors to ensure the most effective treatment is being authorized. Role involves 30-75% time with members on-site or field-based care coordination, collaboration with system partners to address social determinants and barriers to wellness, and ensuring treatment linkage across services. Maintains documentation in CBH systems, participates in provider meetings, uses data to inform clinical decisions, and supports training of new staff as needed. Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/special education and BCBA license (or eligible) preferred; PA licensure required; 2+ years direct clinical ABA experience with children; HIPAA/compliance obligations; not sponsor-requiring to work in the U.S. CBH is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education preferred
- BCBA or BCBA-eligible within 18 months (1.5 years) of accepting position preferred
- Pennsylvania License as a Behavior Specialist (BSL)
- PA Child Abuse Clearance required
- Minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience with children required, with experience in ABA services for Autism or related neurodevelopmental disorders strongly preferred
