Job Summary
Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in aged care settings. Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards including medication administration, infection control, and patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care to deliver cost-effective, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse with significant aged care experience
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with experience leading a clinical team
- Evidence of or in the process of obtaining NDIS Clearance OR Application and recent Police Record Check
- Valid work rights in Australia
