Job Summary
Clinical Care Management Supervisor responsible for daily supervision and oversight of clinical team members, ensuring services are authorized per medical necessity and CBH contractual obligations. Build and maintain a strong clinical team through recruiting, training, performance management, coaching, and succession planning. Apply behavioral health knowledge to care coordination, supervise Clinical Care Managers, monitor review quality, and facilitate cross-team collaboration. Participate in supervision and clinical case consultations, maintain high-quality customer service with members and providers, collaborate with clinical and functional teams to operationalize policy changes, develop communication protocols, conduct community-based supervision, and use data-driven decision making to ensure accurate member data and timely communication. Travel within Philadelphia and surrounding counties; off-site work as needed; comply with HIPAA; Philadelphia residency requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- License required; PA Child Abuse Clearance required
- Licensure: LSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- 3 years post graduate experience with a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent clinical case conceptualization skills
- Meeting facilitation

- Familiar with medications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to positively lead a team
- Strong communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office and able to type at least 20 words per minute
- Compliant with HIPAA regulations
- Must be able to travel within Philadelphia and surrounding counties
- Requires ability work off-site as needed
