Job Summary
Clinical Care Leader to guide compassionate, high-quality care in a faith-based clinic serving underserved patients. Oversees clinical workflow, supervises and mentors staff, and ensures safe, evidence-based, whole-person care across primary care, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services. Coordinates patient flow, supports chronic disease management, champions quality improvement, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Requires strong clinical judgment, team leadership experience, and commitment to health equity aligned with the faith-inspired, community-focused mission.
