Job Summary
Clinical Care Coordinator role in DC focusing on treating individuals with co-occurring disorders using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria. Responsibilities include managing up to 75 clients, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy to clients and families, facilitating evidence-based groups (up to 15 clients), producing progress notes and routine treatment reports, ensuring accuracy of patient records, and ensuring compliance with DBH, SAMHSA guidance, and contract requirements. Requires Master’s degree in counseling/behavioral health and DC LPC/LGPC/LICSW/LMFT licensure, plus strong organizational and communication skills; experience with opioid addiction treatment and electronic medical records is desirable. Eligibility for loan repayment programs available; background check and drug screening required; safety-sensitive role within a unionized setting. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or behavioral health field
- Certification in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)
