Job Summary

Clinical Care Coordinator supports the Resident Services Director with administrative duties in the Resident Service Department. Responsibilities include developing RSA staffing schedules, inputting nurse schedules into Ulti, assembling move-in resident records, ensuring RSA 120-day assessments are completed, logging monthly resident service plans in Yardi, coordinating family meetings, managing department supplies, assisting in the interview/hiring process, maintaining various logs and lists (timesheets, attendance, payroll), supporting onboarding/training of new Clinical Care Coordinators, and ensuring safety procedures such as alarm checks and fire safety are followed. Requires strong MS Office skills, organization, effective communication, knowledge of resident services operations, and ability to multi-task in a senior-living environment. Occasional weekend/holiday shifts and potential extended hours are possible; position involves exposure to healthcare settings and caring for residents.

Required Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent required
  • Medical Records or Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Computer skills required- solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of assisted living philosophy
  • OSHA guidelines familiarity
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems (UltiPro) preferred
