Clinical Care Coord Med Surg FT

Lead the interviewing and selection process for staff within the Medical-Surgical Unit. Provide leadership and direction aligned with organizational goals, support staff development, plan effective staffing patterns, oversee performance improvement initiatives, administer medications, perform patient assessments, deliver age-appropriate care, coordinate patient activities, and manage stroke care. Ensure compliance with regulations and promote patient safety.
