Clinical Call Center Representative (On-Call) in Dallas, TX. Fortrea is hiring Call Center Representatives On-Call to recruit volunteer participants for Phase 1 healthy volunteer studies. Training is on-site in the Dallas clinic for 4 weeks Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm CDT. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling screening appointments, entering medical history into the computerized database, communicating study information, conducting phone screens per study scripts, coordinating with the screening department, and contributing to process improvements. Requirements include US HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience; knowledge of medical terminology is preferred and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is expected.
