Job Summary
Manage daily clinical operations by answering 50+ calls, triaging inquiries, and directing visitors to appropriate staff. Obtain and review patient demographics, insurance details, and referral numbers while ensuring clinical records are complete with proper authorizations and signatures. Process patient charts, submit consents for medical record retrieval, and track pending reports to ensure timely delivery before clinic visits. Retrieve films, pathology slides, and CDs within the facility, preparing slides for consultation and returning them to institutions or patients. Assist with clerical duties including faxes, emails, and document scanning while maintaining strict confidentiality of all patient information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
